in a 4 hour Feldenkrais workshop that will leave you feeling restored.
In this fully experiential workshop you’ll learn new ways to reduce stress and effort and find new strategies to release discomfort and harmful movement patterns for an enduring sense of ease.
Feldenkrais is a unique method to help you reach mindfulness through the body. Feldenkrais develops a deeper level of connection, relaxation and easier mobility.
What to expect:
Your teacher Lena (certified Feldenkrais Practitioner) will guide you verbally through gentle movement sequences, with observations of different movement patters. This creates the perfect setting for letting go of damaging habits and learning new movement and thought patterns. The result is both calming and invigorating.
How will I feel afterwards:
Expect to feel calmer and strengthened after doing Feldenkrais. You’ll be working with gentle movements that have deep effect on the body and on the mind. Ingenious movement sequences will provide your Nervous System with essential information to make better choices about your movement and your well-being. it’s advisable to avoid high impact activities afterwards.
What do I need to bring:
Bring a towel and wear comfortable clothes to move in. Do not to eat a heavy meal just before the workshop.
The workshop will run for 4 hours with a 15 minute break and a 30 minute snack/coffee break.
