I graduated as a certified Feldenkrais® practitioner in 2010, after 4 years of studies in Italy, Israel and Australia.
As my enthusiasm for the Feldenkrais Method grew I regularly attended Professional Training Courses around the globe, to work with trainees, increase my knowledge, and build new skills. In 2020 I was certified as an internationally recognised Feldenkrais Assistant Trainer.
I love books and multi-culturalism. Before dedicating my career to the Feldenkrais Method I completed a Bachelor of Arts in languages and literature in Italy, and a Masters in Simultaneous Interpretation.
My practice is open to people of all ages and abilities, from disabled to high achievers, and newborns to seniors. I run weekly Zoom classes, Feldenkrais private sessions from my purpose-built studio in St Kilda and Group classes from St Kilda Sea Baths and my private studio.
I enjoy the challenge of the working with ‘hard cases’ and find great satisfaction in helping to bring out hidden abilities in a person who was deemed incurable, due to brain damage or physical trauma.
My clients are a great source of inspiration for my work. We work together to overcome pain and limitations, and achieve fuller self-expression and joy of movement and life.
