This Friday class we’ll look at the means to make the act of sitting smoother, lighter and easier, a movement in which you use the skeleton.
When the body is stiff and we rely on our muscles to sit down or get up, we actually interfere with the work of the skeleton to give us support and direction.
In this lesson you will use your head and arms to keep the flow of movement of the whole body, allowing the spine and hip joints to move in a harmonious way.
Have a chair ready to use only for the start and end of the lesson.
