This week we will bring our attention to the feet and the use of our legs.
I chose this image because it shows interesting differences between the three pairs of feet & legs that belong to three different age groups.
Both Monday & Thursday lessons will make use of the ingenious means that Dr Feldenkrais created to improve coordination, by working with awareness, that is, using our voluntary thought and control in movement. The changes can then expand to other body areas and to a new feeling of ourselves.
