Lena has been working with a wide variety of people with special needs such as brain injuries, muscular-skeletal injuries, learning disorders, ADD, ADHD and Autism.
During a series of hands-on lessons, the person finds new variability and richer choices in the way they move, think and feel about their current and future abilities.
The rhythm is slow and self-pacing, allowing the person to sense the quality of their movement and broaden their awareness of more body parts to make movement more effortless.
