Hi, my name is Lena Rosenberg and I’ve been working as a Feldenkrais practitioner in my Sense in Motion practice since 2008.
I work with people from all ages and abilities to achieve comfort, natural pain relief, gain full body mobility and rehabilitation, with better quality of breath and posture.
I strongly believe that movement is not just for people who do sport or want to look good. Movement is for every living person.
Movement is life. I encourage you to try a restorative hands-on lesson, a Zoom class or a group class at the St Kilda Sea Baths, to re-connect to your body and through your body to yourself as a person.
