Bend the Legs & Roll on the Front of the Chest

As you refine the use of your legs in this lesson, you might discover some blind spots as to what they are actually doing, or more correctly, how YOU are moving your feet and legs. The lesson will mobilise your lower back and areas of upper back, between the shoulder blades and the base of your neck.

We have many ‘black spots’ where our brain is lacking certain experiences and cannot make out what a body part is doing in space once the orientation has changed. By discovering these neglected areas and bringing awareness to them we continue our development.
