Circles on Stomach & Back

This is quite an advanced lesson that revisits primary movements from babyhood, to coordinate between the muscles of the back and the stomach.

We all want a strong back that can bear weight and support our shoulders and head. We also want a flexible back that enables us to move easily and efficiently. One lacks without the other. In this lesson you will coordinate between the erector muscles and the flexor muscles, work with games of balance by using the floor to achieve support.
