You’ll safely grow the size and smoothness of the head to move in all directions
You will involve the shoulders, chest, pelvis and hip joints in moving the head like a pendulum, in an arc, from side to side, in sitting and lying positions. The arc can be as small or big as feels comfortable for you. You’ll notice the availability of some vertebrae to move in both directions and softly correct the direction with growing attention and ease.
The ability of the head to be held easily upright in any position is important in posture, whether you’re standing up or sitting, lying on the back or even on the belly. Restoring this ability restores the easy connections between all body parts and our sense of balance and safety.
