How to Cross a Road Safely: Integration between Eyes & Ankles

A slow paced lesson done on the back and stomach. You’ll go through a slow process of integration between the  eyes – head – shoulders & arms to the chest, pelvis and legs.

You’ll move the feet to balance the excessive tonus in the lower leg muscles which impacts the position of the head and how it’s carried on the spine and neck.

feel the difference once you come up to standing and walking, with a freer body, head and attention.
