Length from Foot to Hand

In this lesson, while lying on the floor, you will cross an arm over the chest to reach the floor on the other side. Gradually, this movement will gain more depth and connection with the ability of the chest to twist and arch and with help from the legs.

You will feel greater length in the back and hamstrings and also at the front of the body, in the hips, ankles and chest.

What starts off feeling difficult will become easy as kids’ play.
