Moving the Legs from the Pelvis

Improve how you move the legs by changing the relationship between the legs and the pelvis.

This is part 1 of the lesson, in which you will focus on functional relationships between the different joints of the legs while bringing them to standing, with attention to length in your torso.

If you can’t bring the arms above your head that’s fine. You can bring them to lie long at shoulder height, with the palms facing the ceiling. Or have them just beside the body, on the floor.
