Playing With the Toes

You will work with one foot and leg during the whole lesson [~45 minutes].  Feel the effect it has on your standing & walking.

When you’re ready, you can do this audio lesson on this other side.

You can also do it in small pieces. Each time do one position, rest a little and then rest the leg also by lifting it to the ceiling and making some movements of the foot in the air.
