Reaching to the Heel

This is a good lesson for freeing-up the lower back so it can regain its mobility and provide support.

In the lesson you’ll lift the hip joint to enable the waist to open and lift and for the spine to rotate.

With gentle counter rotations between the pelvis and head, you’ll bring movement to a much-neglected area of the body: the upper vertebrae, especially in the base of the neck. By reaching this area with gentle rotations you will improve the transmission of movement along the whole spine.
