In this lesson you will learn how to relive the tightness in the groin and the adductors, so that the hip joint will be free to move and the pelvis to roll easily.

This lesson improves also the lifting of the head and balance.

You can do this lessons in two parts: the first part is done mostly on the back, exploring how to move the leg and pelvis with ease. you can stop before the lesson continues to lying on the belly. come to standing and walk. notice if walking feels easier.

You can continue later on to doing directly the second half of the lesson; or you might want to do again the from the beginning and feel the changes.
