Bend the Knees Behind a Chair

This lesson is done in a standing position. You’ll stand behind a chair that has a back rest, so that you can lean your hands on it. Your hands will stay there for the whole lesson. You’ll improve the bending of the knees in relation to movement of the hip joints and feet.
