Edges of the Feet

This lesson focuses on the lowest part of the of our body: the feet.

You will learn how to make differentiations between the foot and other body parts, such as the knee, head and eyes and feel how the control over the foot improves the mobility of the head.

This lesson is fantastic in improving balance over the feet-knees-hip joints and higher parts of the skeleton.
