A more advanced lesson that involves sitting on the floor with the legs bent, holding the foot and lifting it in the air. So far, this sounds like exercise, for some easy and for some difficult, especially if they have difficulties in the hip joints or pelvis or back. And yet, this is a gentle lesson that is not interested in any goal, such as lifting the leg. It is only the means of finding how this leg is connected to your body, how you can move so the leg feels part of your whole self, including the stomach, chest, shoulders, arms, head and eyes.
You can do this lesson many times and each time discover new and easier connections to yourself, provided you work without trying to achieve a goal!
