Your eyes affect your neck, shoulders, back and whole body. By smoothing out their movement you will improve the muscular tonus of the entire body.
This lesson is done entirely on the back. You’ll start with a slow movements of the legs, pelvis and head. The second part concentrates on the eyes with changing dimensions and measurements.
