Face & Knee on the Stomach

The slow paced movements in this lesson allow for a deeper look into wired-in patterns in the brain so movement can become fluid and effortless. This lesson will give you an opportunity to slow down, let go of tension in areas such as the lower back, neck & shoulders, and find new synergistic connections between them.

Note: Most of the lesson is done to one side. If that side is difficult for you and you are too uncomfortable you can do the lesson on the other side. It is recommended to wear long pants for this lesson and lie on a more slippery/smooth surface to minimise friction between the knees and the floor.
