Folding Circles

A rather advanced lesson in which you will fold yourself on the floor and off the floor, whilst lying on the back and on the stomach.

The uniqueness in this lesson is the holding of the arms and legs which resembles two circles, one of the arms above the head and the other circle created by your legs bent with the soles touching.

As you fold you will bring your attention to the changing perception of length in your body.
