Head Tilt

You will look at how the head can tilt more easily to the sides, feeling the alignment of the head – shoulders – pelvis and the participation of the spine.

This lesson is done in a sitting position with the soles of the feet touching. You can prop yourself up by sitting on a folded blanket or on a firm cushion. If you’re uncomfortable on the floor, you can also sit on a stool or chair.
