Hold the Foot & Roll

This is quite an advanced lesson as it requires patience and delicate use of ownself. In this lesson you hold the foot with both hands and move with this constraint in various directions. The leg will become free in relation to the ability of the whole body to move with it and around it. The second part of the lesson, which is significantly shorter than the first part, will surprise you with how rapidly you learn and how improvements does not come from stretching and repetitive exercise but from the process of learning.
