This lesson improves the use of the floor through intentional pushing with various parts of the legs, in changing conditions: with the legs standing; crossed and tilted, and in lying on the belly with the legs in various configurations.
Most of us use the belly muscles much too much and indiscriminately, never mind what action we’re doing. Of course, the belly has an important relationship with the ability of the legs to support and use the floor efficiently. In this lesson you will find WHEN to use and when NOT to use the belly in different positions.
Generally, the movements in this lesson will involve gentle rotations from the legs upwards and pressing with the legs.
