How to let go from continuous and exaggerate efforts in the back?
The work load is usually concentrated in one area of the back, a situation that leads to pain, injury and reduced mobility. Moreover, even in healthy backs we still carry habitual muscular efforts that can be reduced with proper attention as you’ll do in this lesson.
To gain better access to your back, you’ll move between different positions, from standing on all fours to lying on your back and on the sides.
Prepare a folded blanket or a towel to put under your knees &/or hands if you need more support while standing on all fours. An uneven or puffy cushion is less recommended as you’ll lose your stability.
