Lift the Elbows on the Stomach

Everybody has experienced the strong connection between the head and the shoulders. In this lesson you’ll enlarge your understanding to include areas of leaning that will ease that connection. The heels will also make part of that improvement.

You can start the lesson by lying on the stomach with one cheek on the floor and feel what part of your face is actually touching the floor. Do the same on the other side. DO NOT try to force your head to turn more than feels easy. It will improve by you respecting your needs and working gently.
