Lying on the Arms

You will work with the shoulder girdle and arms to reduce stiffness and improve their mobility by gently moving the the body over the shoulder blades , guiding them to become more supple with the help of pressure of the body weight and movement on the floor.

In this lesson you will come to experience the feeling of Moshe Feldenkrais’ saying ‘Make the impossible possible, the possible easy and the easy elegant’.
