Pull Your Stomach in & Exhale

A breathing lesson that focuses on the stage of exhalation, letting the air leave the lungs, by pulling the stomach in.

You’ll do this action in changing positions, to show you how your breathing changes in relation to gravity and the changing conditions.

Part of the lesson is done leaning on the knees, palms and head. Prepare comfortable support for your knees and head if you feel you need to protect them or cushion the floor.
