You’ll discover a surprising new way of rolling on your back and of using your legs; you will lie with the knees bent outwards, like frog legs position, and using the edges of the feet to help you roll from side to side.
This lesson is a great opportunity for lengthening the adductors, and a finer control between the pelvis and the legs.
The movements should be tiny and very slow so that you focus on the movement around the middle line, without tilting yourself to lean with the knee on the floor.
