Shapes with Elbows

In this lesson you are asked to sit with the legs crossed and also with the legs long and spread apart. If one or both of these positions are too difficult or if they lock your pelvis from moving freely, you can also sit on a firm support to help the lower back or simply sit on a chair.  The lesson involves bending and twisting of different parts of yourself, with attention to the movement of the elbows in space.
