The Shoulder Girdle

The position of the arms in this lesson encourages new mobility in the shoulder girdle and higher vertebrae, in areas that are hard to access otherwise.

This lesson is done lying on the left side only. If you can’t lie on this side, do the lesson on the other side. It’s beneficial to stay for a while with the results of an asymmetric lesson before repeating it on the other side.

This lesson can be very helpful for shoulders and shoulder-blades that feel stuck or frozen. If you remember to work gently and you will benefit greatly from this lesson.
