Turning to the Side in Sitting

In this lesson you will sit on the floor with one leg bent backwards and the other leg bent forward.

If this is too demanding you’re welcome to sit on a chair, to lessen the strain from the hip joints, pelvis and back.

this is a wonderful lesson to improve the coordination of the whole body, increase the agility of the spine and restore mobility to the hip joints.
