Twist with a Circle of Arms

A more advanced lesson for getting to lengthen the spine, free the pelvis and chest, and mobilise the shoulder blades.

You will be guided into gentle twists with the knees sinking to the floor.

The movement is more advanced by having the arms lying above the head on the floor, in the shape of a circle.

This lesson will also explore how to lift the head with or without the shoulders and how to make that more possible.
