Gentle movement lessons

Move with Ease is the go-to app for those seeking an effective, convenient & safe way to stay tuned-up & active.

This specialised app offers guided audio lessons in the greatest variety of classes, with a wide choice of positions and durations.

Movement Programs consisting of lessons around a function or body area you’d like to work on, will deepen your understanding of your body and its potential.

About the App

The uniqueness of this app lies in the use of gentle and sophisticated movement lessons, without repetitions, stretches or effort, to restore the ability to move easily and efficiently through organic learning and the development of body awareness.

Where to Start?

We believe in opening up possibilities, which is why we’ve created several ways for you to use the app:

You can go to the ‘All Lessons’ section and follow the sequence of lessons as they appear. You can also jump from lesson to lesson based on the lesson descriptions.

In the ‘Search’ section, there are three categories: duration, position, and area/action. You can choose one, two, or all three categories; based on your selection, you’ll receive lessons that match your preferences. For example: 10 minutes, back, neck release will bring up a list of lessons for you to choose from.

Another option is to go to the ‘Programs’ section on the homepage, where you’ll find a variety of programs on different topics, such as ‘Improving Posture,’ ‘Hip Joint Movement,’ and more.
