By freeing up the connection between the leg and the pelvis your pelvis will feel lighter and better supported over the leg. You’ll improve the connection also between the pelvis and the head with movements of rotation and bending.

Except for one part in the lesson where you are asked to lean on the hand, during the lesson you can try to lean on the hand or on the elbow to your side and feel the difference it makes in the hip and the chest. Remember to work very gently to achieve new abilities.
