Lesson 1: Connecting Head & Pelvis in Sitting

A slow-paced lesson that works on involving the chest in movements of twisting versus rolling, with attention on how we breathe while we move. The lesson is done on the back with the legs standing and crossed in the knees.

 

Position: Sitting

Lesson 2: Roll the Head in a Twist

Free up your neck and back with twisting of the upper body and breathing movements. The supple chest will make the head and leg lift with more ease, feeling the head high up when you come up to standing!

 

Position: On the Side

Lesson 3: Length from Heel to Head

You’ll find it easier to lie on the stomach with the head turned to one side: By moving the heels in uncommon positions, to find how your pelvis can transmit movement up the spine to the head.

 

Position: On the Stomach

Lesson 4: Lengthening the Arms from the Pelvis

You’ll explore the relationship between the movement of the legs and pelvis to the ability to lengthen the arms and will increase mobility in the ribcage and the head.

Position: On the Back & Side-Sitting or Chair

Lesson 5: Links Between the Eyes & The Back

Did you know that your eyes influence your back? in this lesson you’ll find some of the unknown yet strong links between the eyes and the back muscles.

 

Position: On the Back & On all Fours

Lesson 6: Mouth & Length

This lesson will give you a feeling of depth in the cavities of the head and torso. You’ll take measurements of your mouth and refine the awareness of that area and its connection with other body areas such as the lower abdomen.
