This lesson will bring you to an unusual position with a new perspective for the head respect to the pelvis.
Most of the lesson is done on the hands and knees. During the lesson look for comfort and extra softness in the neck and shoulders. Remember to reduce the effort if you feel that you’re straining those areas, as you will work towards more length instead of tightness.
At the end of the lesson you will observe your posture and walking with new references.
