Push with the Hand to Roll the Head

This is a wonderful lesson, done mostly on the stomach.

You will go through gentle crawling movements, using the arms in changing positions to increase the mobility of the torso and free the head to roll with ease from side to side.

If it’s too challenging for you to lie on the stomach with the head turned to one side, you can have the head in the middle or resting on some support. Make sure the head is not stuck and free to move easily.
