As much as possible! Each class is unique. There is never repetition, as each session is designed to perfect different functions ranging from basic daily activities, finding balance, revisiting early childhood actions to achieving an exciting new range of movement and abilities!

Feldenkrais Online - Zoom with Lena

 

Lena is a certified Feldenkrais® practitioner.  She studied the Feldenkrais Method in Italy, Israel & Australia and has run her Sense in Motion practice since 2010. 

Lena’s Zoom classes enhance learning abilities with the aim of reaching more comfort and ease, overcoming pain and limitations, and achieving fuller self-expression.

Lena also offers private sessions and intimate group classes from her purpose-built studio in St Kilda and popular weekly Group classes from St Kilda Sea Baths.

HOW YOU CAN PREPARE

  • Find an area or space where you can move freely on the floor - carpet, rug, tatami or exercise mat work well. A yoga mat is not recommended as it may create friction.
  • Wear clothes that allow you to move unrestricted.
  • Try to position your device so that the camera is angled towards your whole body, with good lighting around you, which will enable Lena to view and provide you with personal feedback.
  • We recommend that you connect ten minutes prior to each class to resolve any technical issues and receive setup assistance.
  • If you'd like to join Zoom meeting on your mobile, you'll need to download the Zoom app [choose your option below if you have an Apple or an Android device]. When zooming on your computer, usually a simple click on the link in your email invitation will redirect you automatically to a Zoom page, where you will be prompted to turn your video on and join the meeting.
