Feldenkrais is a fantastic method to improve your performance in any field of sport or interest. Artists and musicians use Feldenkrais to overcome physical limitations and perform with greater pleasure.

Feldenkrais thinks of you as a whole being, body, mind, and nervous system, with the ability to adapt, change and grow. Improving flexibility includes improving your mind, better coordination will go hand in hand with stronger mental abilities, more balance with a sense of centre and awareness of self.
